After leaving my engineering profession, Chiew See began baking at home more than ten years ago. She became interested in sourdough baking in 2015, and in 2019, she published her first book, Autumn Baking - Natural Yeast.

Chiew See shares sourdough recipes and some yeasted bread, cakes, and pastries on her YouTube channel.

Everything she does has been baked and tested at home, and the recipes are easy to follow and foolproof.

Undoubtedly one of the finest sourdough exponents out there. Chiew See See gave up an engineering degree to follow her passion for baking.
